300m Row / 30 Dubs / 30 Hang Cleans
200m Row / 20 Dubs / 20 Front Squats
100m Row / 10 Dubs / 10 Hang Cleans
200m Row / 20 Dubs / 20 Front Squats
300m Row / 30 Dubs / 30 Hang Cleans
400m Row / 40 Dubs / 40 Back Squats
If you want to go lighter on this one, do it! If you want to skip the dubs, do it! If you want to sub something for the dubs, you could sub 2 burpees for every 10 dubs or maybe halve the number and do jumping lunges.

27:40. 75#. 2xbike, 2xsingle. Hang cleans I broke up into 6’s. AB:20min HIIT ride & 15min core. Glad I did this one.
