Workout for Wednesday, January 27th —
AMRAP in 22 Minutes of:
22 Air Squats
20 Single Arm Thrusters (10 left/10 right)
2 Man Makers
Rx = 50/35
Let’s be honest, I’ll be using 20# dumbbells for this one, or 25s if I forget to bring my 20s home. If you’re like, OMG, I cannot with this one, sub lunges for the thrusters and devil’s press for the man makers and keep it moving.
