Hoping I can explain this one…

Workout for Friday, January 22nd, 2021 —

AMRAP in 20 Minutes Of:

2 – 4 – 6 – 8 …

Push Press (95/65)

4 – 8 – 12 – 16 …

Back Squats (95/65)

400m Run/500m Row/1000m Bike at start and every 5 minutes

*After 20 minutes you are done (no cardio).

So, if you’re confused it goes…cardio, 2 push press, 4 back squats, 4 push press, 8 back squats, 6 push press, 12 back squats….keep going until you hit 5 minutes…at 5 minutes do your cardio and pick back up on the push press/back squats where you left off.

You get it?

  1. I get it… but to keep moving in between runs I dropped down to the 2-4, 4-8… sequence so I wasn’t staring at a bar when I was slogging through high reps. Kept me moving and I’m really sweaty right now soooo… fitness? 50# bb 400m runs
