“Pump House”

Get your pump on with this one. We did it this morning. It took 35-40 minutes. No big breaks, but no hussle between exercises either.


Workout for Monday, May 10th, 2021 —

100 Cal Bike/Row

100 Bench Press/Push Up

100 Box Jump/Weighted Squat

100 Push Press/Strict Press

100 Kettlebell Swing/Hang Clean

*Pick one of the exercises listed for each set of 100

**Divide reps as desired


In truth, we all just picked five exercises that we wanted to do. These are the ones I picked. I put other options in there to give some choice but really you can do anything. I would suggest sticking to movements and weights that allow you to do 10-20 reps per set.

If you don’t have a cardio machine that does calories, sub 1 mile run or 2 mile bike for 100 calories. Again, divide as desired, just make sure you get the total by the end.

  1. 29 min. Split bike at beginning/end. 5 sets of 20. Push-ups, BJ, Hang Cleans, crunches, KBS.
    Bike, core, stretch after.
