400m Run

4 Rounds of:

4 Bar Facing Burpees

4 Squat Cleans (95/65)

800m Run

8 Rounds of:

3 Bar Facing Burpees

3 Squat Cleans (115/75)

1600m Run

16 Rounds of:

2 Bar Facing Burpees

2 Squat Cleans (135/95)


Sub dumbbells and alternative cardio if needed.

  1. 38:56 Rx except on the round of #95 did power cleans instead of squat cleans as my knee felt little shaky. That was HARD
