We did a version of this in Hawaii. It was sweaty.


Workout for Monday, May 3rd, 2021 —

2 Rounds:

26 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)

26 Hang Snatch (95/65)

26 Push Ups

26 Overhead Squats (96/65)

26 Pull Ups

*15 Burpees after each exercise


Don’t forget the burpees! Sub dumbbell snatches and one-armed overhead dumbbell lunges for snatches and OHS if needed. Bent over rows are a good sub for pull-ups. Honestly, you can sub anything in this one. Don’t forget it’s two rounds. That second round of push ups is a killer.

  2. 20 min for 1 round Rx except Russian swing… Was running out of time and wanted to do some auxiliary things so called it quits. Billy, I don’t thing you’re the most out of shape person on this board.

  3. 18:18. Mixed it up A LOT because I’ve already done this one and I knew it sucked. Did 30 of push ups, DB snatch, sit ups, OH DB lunge and DB deadlifts w/20 dubs after each exercise. 30# DBs. Pretty fun.
