40 Back Squats
500m Row
Sub dumbbells if needed. Cardio subs are 400m run, 1000m bike or an alternative 2 minute cardio option.

Did all the running, then the three rounds. Didn’t time it, because was really sore and thought I might quit after running.

44:15. Changed it up a bit. Started with the row and instead of doing 500m, I did 300m plus 10 GHD sit ups each round. 55# on the bar was plenty. Lots of resting, water breaks and throwing ball for the dog.
