4 Rounds of:

21 Push Ups

15 Box Jumps

9 Burpee Box Jump Overs

Cash Out = 1000m Row


I wanted five rounds. Paddy says four is enough. Not gonna lie, this one is gonna hurt if you did all those burpees on Tuesday. Embrace the pain if that’s your jam. If it’s not, pick another workout. Sub things for other things if desired.
