“Rope Climb”

You’d think this would have rope climbs but it’s actually a workout from programmers called Rope Climb Training. They can be found on Instagram: @ropeclimb.

Workout for Monday, April 5th, 2021 —

AMRAP in 5 Minutes:

3 Overhead Squats (115/75)

5 Bar Facing Burpees

Rest 1 Minute

AMRAP in 5 Minutes:

5 Squat Snatches

5 Burpees Box Jump Over

Rest 1 Minute

AMRAP in 5 Minutes:

7 Power Snatches

5 Burpee Pull Ups

If you’re subbing dumbbells, double the number of snatches and alternate arms for dumbbell snatches. No pull up bar? Sub devil’s press.

Don’t be fooled, five minutes will be intense. Push the pace for the whole AMRAP if you can. If you’re looking for a longer workout, throw in a cardio cash in and buy out.

  1. Wowza, this is short but a killer. I can’t remember for sure, but I think I got 6 rounds, 4 rounds and 3+8 rounds. I used a 55# barbell. I was pleased I did the barbell movements unbroken but the burpees felt like UGH. Paddy got a few more than me each round with a 65# barbell.
