This one is called Lisa because, just like Gary and Wyatt, you are going to need to build your own woman. She’s based off of “Linda.”

Pick exercises that are hard, but you can do the 10/9/8 rounds in no more than 2 sets.

  1. Took a while…37 minutes-ish. I did bench (85/95/100), deadlift (125), and then I did GHDs but I did 10 of those each round. Paddy did bench, deadlifts and sit to stand rope climbs. I did 200m row after each round. He did 250m. Afterbash of walking up Mt. Prospect (3 mile roundtrip).

    10/9…
    power cleans, burpees, OH lunges.

    They did variation.

    10cals on assault bike between rounds. Not sure on total time. 15-20 min??
