“(FRE)EMOM”

I do love a good EMOM. I also like a workout with choices depending on how/what you’re feeling. I’m feeling a little beat up, so I might show myself some love tomorrow. What will you do?

Workout for Tuesday, March 30th, 2021 —

30 Minute EMOM:

Evens = 200m/250m Row (or equivalent 50ish second cardio)

Odds = Rotate between 3 different exercises with suggestions below


Suggested exercises for odd minute rotations:

Pick one for max reps, one that you’ll need to break once, and one heavy

Something gymnastic, an ab exercise, and a 1-5 rep heavy barbell exercise

Something bodyweight, a dumbbell exercise, and something hard

Something you love, something you’re good at, something you hate

Burpees, burpees, and burpees

  1. Really embraced the free. Did with Jilly. We did box step ups and sit ups for cardio, and an assortment of deadlifts, tri-press, kbs, etc on the alternates.

  2. 400m bike for cardio. Air squats/lunges, 10 GHD sit ups, and 3 heavy cleans (85/95/105/115/115). No place to hide! Got 35-40 air squats, 30-35 lunges.
    Paddy did row, GHDs, heavy squat cleans, wall balls and maybe something else?
