Workout for Monday, March 29th, 2021 —
5 Rounds for Time:
400m Run
20 Hang Snatches (95/65)
20 Push Ups
20 Overhead Squats
If you’re subbing dumbbells, you can do DB snatches and OH lunges. If you don’t fancy that, you could sub KBS and goblet lunges. If you don’t fancy that, sub something else. It’s Monday, if you work out at all, it’s a win.
34:29. 1000meter bike. 40DB snatches 30#. OHS 60#. +20min HIIT ride w 10min core.

My own non-running version. Five rounds: 20 sit-ups, 20 KBS, 20 push-ups, 20 OH walking lunges. Took 20 minutes.

33:50 at 55# for me w/400m row or 800m bike. 31:40 at 75# w/500m row or 1000m bike for Paddy. Kid scale for Charlie: 5 rounds of 400m bike or 200m row, 14 db hang snatch, 8 push ups, 10 step ups. 19.29 w/15# DB.
