10 Rounds For Time:

20 Double Unders

10 Pull Ups

5 Box Jumps (30/24)

200m Run/250m Row/500m Bike

You should be moving through everything in this pretty swiftly. Try to do the pull ups in one set, definitely no more than two. Cut the number of reps if needed. Box jumps are high. Be careful. At home alternative for the pull-up/high box jump combo could be bent over rows and weighted step ups.

  1. 27:12. 20 single single dub. 20 pushups. 5 bj. 250row alternate with 20 cal assault bike.

    Dubs went a little faster than normal.
