“Anniversary Amy”

It’s been one year since I sent out the first workout email. The workout was “Fat Amy.” I’m changing the name because fat shaming isn’t cool.

Workout for Monday, March 22nd, 2021 —

If you want to sub something for the bear crawl, feel free. I think I might have done 10 handstand kick ups back in 2020. It was before sign-in sheets, so I’ll never know for sure. I might have only had a 15# dumbbell for KBS. Anyone remember what they did for this one?

  2. 20:47. I am sure to be the slowest since my burpees were like swimming through molasses. I did a 45 sec hand stand hold for bear crawl.
