If you want to sub something for the bear crawl, feel free. I think I might have done 10 handstand kick ups back in 2020. It was before sign-in sheets, so I’ll never know for sure. I might have only had a 15# dumbbell for KBS. Anyone remember what they did for this one?
It’s a good Monday wake up WOD. Enjoy!
Hard to imagine anyone being out of shape if they are following the Hanplan (and eating right… etc). Keep it goin’!
