For those hoping to use 45#, it’s kind of a weird weight for those SDHPs if you have little 5# plates and a 35# bar. See how it feels. Maybe think about 55# for this part or not going all the way to the floor. Not sure my plan yet. What were you thinking CrossFit HQ? So weird.
If you don’t have a barbell, go fairly light on the dumbbells. You can do single arm snatchs. If you hate the sound of that, sub hang cleans for the hang snatches. You can also do single arm SDHPs or grab a kettlebell for the SDHPs if you prefer.
Might not be a bad idea to have a plan going into this one. A warm up might be good too!

So rough after “The Hammy” yesterday. 27:33 for me (45#). Would start off with 2 sets of 15 and then down to 10s for everything. 24:47 for Paddy. He did 45# on snatches and 65# for the rest.
