Workout for Thursday, March 11th, 2021 —
If you don’t have a bar, do your burpees facing something else. If you want to go heavier and take the bar from the rack, go ahead, you can do your burpees facing something else.
12:48. Two 40# DB front squats. This was fun. Arms and abs after.

16:04. 95#. I felt slow but liked this one. 30min peloton and 10min core.

Annex: Hell’s Bellz from yesterday. Subbed burpees for second set of swings. Got about 100 reps per round.

Annex: not sure if this counts… went to track w Evie to time her and I ran only 2 laps (1/2 mile) – hip and lower back was very tight so I did 25 min of peloton stretching.
