If you’re a super fast cardio person, 20 calories is about a minute. If you’re not so fast, it’s about a minute and a half. Substitute as you see fit. If you using dumbbells, remember this is light. Overhead lunges or front squats can be subbed for overhead squats.

  1. 25:58. Fun- Kept the heart rate up. Biked -1:15 per 20 calories (~13calories on peloton w 40 resistance &100+cadence for reference)
