“Y2K”

Who remembers New Year’s Eve 1999 and waiting to see if the computers killed the planet? Little did we know what was coming in 2020.

Workout for Friday, February 25th, 2021 —

4 Rounds for Time of:

500m Bike (sub 250m Row or 200m Run)

25 Box Jump Overs

500m Row (sub 1000m Bike or 400m Run)

25 Burpees

If you can’t do box jumps, you could do step overs, weighted squats, or more burpees (yay!). This one is a cardio party. If you don’t have a bike and a rower, try to mix it up with bike/run or row/run. If you can’t do that, just get running.

Here’s your Y2K playlist. It’s hit songs from 1999 and 2000. Turns out they were not very good years for music but maybe you’ll appreciate some throwback tunes.
