AMRAP in 21 Minutes of:

9 Dumbbell Deadlifts (40/25)

3 Devils Press

6 Weighted Step Ups (24/20)

If you don’t have a box you can sub front squats for the step ups. Don’t forget to warm up before hitting this one.

  2. 16+4. Really did NOT like this one. Just felt like a hard slog from start to finish. I think I’m on 6 days in a row. Will take tomorrow off. 20# dumbbells.
