Workout for Saturday, February 20th, 2021 —

Dubs / Air Squats / Sit Ups

Pull Ups / HSPU / Squat Cleans (135/95)
“George”
4 Minute AMRAP
4 Hang Cleans / 4 Front Rack Lunge / 4 Push Press (95/65)
“Ringo”
4 Rounds:
400m Row / 4 Burpees Over Rower
**2 Minutes Rest Between Workouts**
Sub some sort of hard push ups for HSPUs if needed (diamond, piked, hand release, etc.). If you don’t have a rower, do 2 minutes of cardio and burpees over something (lateral style).

38:33 (not counting rest) John 10:25, Paul 75# 14:30, George 55#, Ringo 9:38. Not enough rest between Paul & George. Felt like an old school Sunday Funday!

Ok. Not sure what today was about but I did the whole thing. Made some slight alterations. Cut dubs in half. 12:30. Pike pushups from a box 85lbs. 9:45. 10rds at 65. Last changed to 250m row and 8 burpees over rower. 6:02

46:38 total time (including rest). Speaking of rest, probably could have used at least 3 minutes between workouts. “John” was fun. Finished in 11:11. “Paul” was AWFUL. Cut the HSPU in half. 85# squat cleans in singles. Took me 16 minutes. 6 rounds of “George” at 65#. “Ringo” was thankful not totally terrible because I was spent by the end. Took me 9:33.
