Workout for Friday, February 19th, 2021 —

2 Rounds for Time of:

10 “Box Complexes” (24/20)

1000m Bike (sub 500m row or 400m run)

10 “Bear Complexes” (95/65)

1000m Bike (sub 500m row or 400m run)

Don’t forget the TWO ROUNDS part!

1 “Box Complex” = 4 Step Ups, 2 Box Jumps, 1 Burpee Box Jump Over

1 “Bear Complex” = 1 Power Clean, 1 Front Squat, 1 Push Press, 1 Back Squat, 1 Push Press

If you don’t have a box, you could do 4 lunges, 2 jump squats, 1 burpee to a target or you could just go full on bear complexes for the whole thing. Whatever you pick aim for something semi-enjoyable. I’m hoping this one will be “fun”?

  2. 24:45. 85lbs. 40 cal assault bike. I was not moving too fast on the bear complex or any complex. Did peloton for 30 min and 10min core after. Amanda style.
