Workout for Thursday, February 18th, 2021 —

For Time:

20 Hang Snatches (95/65)

40 Overhead Squats

60 Push Ups

80 Air Squats

100 Calorie Row

80 Air Squats

60 Push Ups

40 Overhead Squats

20 Hang Snatches

If you don’t have a barbell you can do DB snatches and OH lunges but we did do those recently so I would consider doing hang cleans and front squats instead if you want. If you don’t have a cardio machine, 100 calories is around 6-7 minutes..

  1. 25 minutes give or take. Was interrupted by an early rising 7 year old though so I’m really not even sure. Did 20 hang squat cleans for hang snatches. DB OH Lunges for OH Squats.

  2. I did the 3 things I hate about cf. tired this morning. A slog. 65lbs. Weight was fine. Burpees sucked. Did power snatch 10/9/8/7/6. Time 25? Did 20 min peloton after and 10 min abs.

  3. 27:50. 55# Barbell. Yowza, this one hurt. Hang snatches and OHS in 10s. Push ups mostly in 5s. Air squats all over the place, but mostly 10s. Almost forgot the first round of air squats. Bike instead of row. Glad I did it, but ouch.
