*Cindy = 5 Pull Ups, 10 Push Ups, 15 Air Squats
*Bindy = 15 Deadlifts, 10 Hang Cleans, 5 Push Press (95/65)
Sub 2 minutes of any cardio for the row if needed. Sub SDHP, bent over rows or KBS for the pull ups if needed.
Today’s workout was everything I hate and tomorrow is everything I love!
32:48. Rx. Felt terrible. All bike. Thought it would be fun but I was staring at the bar a lot during Bindy. Managed 14 DLs then rest, then the hang cleans and push press. Maybe a good one to repeat.
