50 Clean & Jerks (135/95)

1 Mile Run (sub row or 2x bike)

If this feels like too much for a Thursday, you can split into shorter rounds or put a time cap on it. If all those clean and jerks are feeling daunting, go a little lighter. See if you can go the distance on the cardio. If you need a friend to help you out, make it a partner WOD!

  1. Annex. E3MOM. 250m row, 10 burpees over rower. Went hard on the row. Tried to keep it around 1:40-1:45 and then 20 seconds max on the burpees.
