“Bear Maximum”

Workout for Tuesday, February 9th, 2021 —

5 Rounds for Time:

On a 4 minute clock,

500m Row

then, Max Power Cleans (135/95) in remaining time

Rest 1 Minute

Round #2 = Max Front Squats

Round #3 = Max Push Press

Round #4 = Max Back Squats

Round #5 = Max Repeat Movement of Choice

You have a choice on weights here. Stay on the heavier side if that’s what you’re feeling. We don’t do it often, so try it here if you can. If heavy just isn’t your jam, do something on the 95/65 side and go for lots of reps and a high heart rate. “Score” is total reps.

If you don’t have a rower, sub 1000m bike or 400m run. If those don’t work, pick a cardio option that will take you about 2 minutes/round and stick with it.
