“Weekend Hangover”

The weekend is ending and I’m…TIRED. I’ll be hitting the hay early, but for those of you watching the Super Bowl perhaps this workout will be the pick-me-up you need to get this week going.

Workout for Monday, February 8th, 2021 —

5 Rounds For Time Of:

10 Hang Power Snatch (95/65)

10 Back Squats

10 Push Press

10 Front Squats

400m Run (sub 500m row or 1000m bike)

If you don’t have a barbell, sub dumbbells and do 20 DB hang snatches alternating arms instead of the 10 hang power snatches each round.

  1. Did a heavy day instead. 10 sets of 5 reps of back squat (105), bench (95), strict pull up (orange band) plus 100ish sit ups. Why is my back squat weight so close to my bench press weight??!!

  2. Charlie loves heavy day. 50 reps of bench (45#) and pull up (red + green band) plus 1000m bike. Pressed for time before Zoom class.
