4 Rounds for Time Of:

20 Hang Cleans (95/65)

9 Box Jumps (24/20)

10 Hang Squat Cleans

6 Burpees

5 Thrusters

3 Burpee Box Jump Overs

If you don’t have a box, you can sub squat jumps for the box jumps and burpees over something for the burpee box jump overs. Enjoy the weekend!
