Workout for Thursday, January 4th 2021 —
AMRAP in 18 minutes of:
6 Push Ups
12 Lunges
6 Diamond Push Ups
12 Jumping Lunges
6 Burpees
If you can’t do diamond push ups from your toes, do them from your knees. The idea is that the second set of push ups is a harder variation than the first set you did. You can also do the first set from your knees and the second from your toes and skip the diamond thing. You should be able to do 6 unbroken, so if that’s a huge struggle, cut the number. If you fancy a weight vest, go for it!
It’s a “short” one. Add some abs if you have time.
Did only 12 min… but there was fitness. Did knee push ups and then regular push ups. Rounds? No idea… I was slow.

11 + 2 w/20# weight vest. My one year old woke up at 5 AM so I did the 18 min AMRAP with a screaming baby in the background….that was fun

45 minute Elton John Peloton. Weird ride because it was clearly from early Peloton. Lots of talk of loving yourself and dancing in the ocean. Not my bag.
