200m Run
40 Deadlifts (95/65)
400m Run
40 Hang Cleans
800m Run
40 Push Press
400m Run
40 Back Squat
200m run
40 Snatches
If you can’t run, sub row or double meters for the bike. If you don’t have a barbell just do 40 dumbbell snatches for the snatches (obvi) and alternate arms.

26 Something. All row. 65# Barbell. Was cruising until the snatches. DLs in 20/10/10, hang cleans, push press and back squats in 4 sets of 10, snatches in 5s. Stupid snatches. Hit all the slow songs on the playlist on shuffle. No bueno.
