Even though it’s a short week, it feels like I already need a jump start. Here goes…

400m Run (sub Row/2x Bike)

4 Rounds of “Jindy”

300m Run (sub Row/2x Bike)

3 Rounds of “Jindy”

200m Run (sub Row/2x Bike)

2 Rounds of “Jindy”

300m Run (sub Row/2x Bike)

3 Rounds of “Jindy”

400m Run (sub Row/2x Bike)

4 Rounds of “Jindy”


*1 Round of “Jindy” = 5 Box Jumps (30/24), 10 Push Ups, 15 Air Squats


Take note, box jumps are high if you can. If you don’t have a box, sub tuck jumps. If you just love pull ups (I see you Emily) and you didn’t get enough of them today, feel free to sub rounds of “Cindy” for “Jindy.”

  1. 22:14 (around there? Forgot to start timer). Did 5-7-10 for my jindy and for the second tour of round 3 and 4 subbed sir ups for jumps (my lower back and hip needs a nice stretch). A great sweat to start my work week. THANKS HAN PLAN!

  2. 26:10 20 inch box because I’m a wimp. May have done an extra round in the second round of 3. Didn’t sub pullups because my hands are a bit of a mess from yesterdays pullups and barbell! Great way to start the work week.

  3. 25:50. All row. Warmed up on 20″ box for the first round, then up to 24″. Had visions of Amanda’s shin in my head. Lots of staring at the box. Even though I’m super sore, it was freezing out and it feels like a Monday, I still enjoyed this one. Glad I did it.

  4. 22:22. Kid Scale — Sub bike (without 2x meters). 1 round = 3 box jumps, 6 DB bench press w/15# DBs, 9 step ups. 12″ box.
