If you can’t do wall balls, sub another exercise that also taxes the legs but isn’t crazy hard like box jumps. I did GHDs which worked well too. The squat cleans should be heavy. Singles is fine after stringing a few together in that first round.
I did 85/95/105. I was down to singles about halfway through the workout. It took me just under 30 minutes.
