10 Wall Balls (20/14)

then…

40/32 Calorie Row (sub 400m run)

4 Rounds Of —

4 Squat Cleans (155/105)

8 Wall Balls (20/14)

then…

30/24 Calorie Row (sub 300m run)

3 Rounds Of —

3 Squat Cleans (175/115)

6 Wall Balls


If you can’t do wall balls, sub another exercise that also taxes the legs but isn’t crazy hard like box jumps. I did GHDs which worked well too. The squat cleans should be heavy. Singles is fine after stringing a few together in that first round.

I did 85/95/105. I was down to singles about halfway through the workout. It took me just under 30 minutes.
