“Friends With Benefits”

Not the sexual kind, the workout kind. Like that workout buddy that does a few extra reps when you’re struggling, that adjusts your weights before it’s your turn, and that peels you off the floor at the end of the workout. Find that friend for this one.

I’m guessing this will be a really fun partner workout. I halved the number of rounds and went solo and, guess what, it totally sucked. Ha!

With a Partner (alternate rounds):

10 Rounds of Cindy

4 Rounds of DT

8 Rounds of Cindy

4 Rounds of DT

6 Rounds of Cindy

2 Rounds of DT

4 Rounds of Cindy

2 Rounds of DT

2 Rounds of Cindy

2 Rounds of DT


*1 Round of Cindy = 5 Pull Ups, 10 Push Ups, 15 Air Squats

*1 Round of DT = 12 Deadlifts, 9 Hang Cleans, 6 Push Jerks (155/105)


Sub bent over rows or KBS for pull ups if needed. Sub dumbbells for barbell on DT. I did 85# solo (cut rounds in half) and it took me 36+ minutes. I was on the struggle bus for sure. My guess would be that if you pick a weight that you can move through DT fairly quickly, you should finish the solo version under 30 minutes?
