WORKOUT —
With a Partner*
100 Rounds:
2 Dumbbell Snatches (same arm) 55/35
2 Dumbbell Overhead Lunges (same arm, alternate legs)
2 Dumbbell Front Squats
*Alternate partners (&arms) each round
This sounds confusing, but it’s really not. Partner one starts and does 2 snatches on the right, 2 lunges with the right arm overhead, and then 2 front squats. Partner two then does the same. Then Partner one goes again with the left arm…and so on.
Go heavy. Paddy and I did zero warm up, so we started lighter and increased weight at round 20 and round 40. It took us 22ish minutes.
If you want to go solo, the full 100 is doable but maybe a little tedious. Fifty would give you a totally legit workout. If you want something in between, do 50 rounds and throw in some cardio either at the start and end or after every 10 rounds.
If you’re pressed for time, this works as an AMRAP too.
