Workout for Sunday, May 9th, 2021 —
20 Rounds:
5 Pull Ups
7 Push Ups
9 GHD Sit Ups
If you don’t have a GHD, sub weighted sit ups or weighted squats. Also an option to alternate between those two things each round. If you’ve done too many pull ups this week, sub KBS, bent over rows or SDHPs.
