10 Box Jumps (30/24)
5 Clean & Jerks (135/95)
Looks fun to me! Have at it. Sub regular or weighted step ups for jumps if needed. If that doesn’t sound cool, maybe try a squat jump or broad jump instead.
Annex. Ceiling is too low for box jumps.
200 pushups. Every break, 5 strict pull ups, 10 sit-ups, 15 air squats.
