Here you go… Workout for Wednesday, April 7th, 2021 — 10 Rounds for Time: 4 Devil’s Press (50/35) 10 Box Jump Overs (24/20) 40 Double Unders If double unders aren’t your jam, sub 80 single unders or 20 jumping lunges. Alternatively, you could also sub a 100m sprint.
