Run 400m After Each Set

*1 Barf Buster Complex = Power Clean, Push Press, Front Squat, Thruster


Don’t be tempted to forget the extra front squat before the thruster.

Sub dumbbells if needed. Cardio subs are 500m row, 1000m bike or some other two minute cardio option. Pick a challenging weight.

  1. 0:00. Forgot to set the clock. Probably a bit slower than Billy. 25# DBs. Had to break the barf busters as follows: 5/2/2, 3/3, 3, 3/3, 3/3/3. Still feeling jet lagged. Paddy was a bit faster than me w/30# DBs. He started with the run as a warm up and so we could alternate being inside with the dog. #athomeworkoutprobs
