Workout for Tuesday, April 27th, 2021 —

10 Rounds:

10 Burpees

20 Dumbbell Snatches (50/35)


All you need is a dumbbell! Have at it.

  2. 19:15. 25# DB. First workout back post vacation. Billy was right, it was a grind. Good pace on the first 5 rounds. Took the foot off the gas for back half.

  3. 18:35. 30# DB for first 5 rounds. then 35# DB for last 5 rounds. grind for sure. 10 min peloton abs after. 15 min peloton stretch.
