“Who’s That Lady?”

HAN Plan is back! Is it bad that we’re starting things off with a stolen WOD? This one was found on the CFNE Instagram story and it looks too fun to pass up.

Workout for Monday, April 26th, 2021 —

AMRAP in 25 Minutes:

200m Run

1 Round of “Cindy”

3 Power Clean and Jerks (95/65)

200m Run

1 Round of “Cindy”

6 Power Clean and Jerks

200m Run

1 Round of “Cindy”

9 Power Clean and Jerks

(continue adding 3 power clean and jerks per round)

1 Round of “Cindy” = 5 Pull Ups, 10 Push Ups, 15 Air Squats


If needed, sub bent over rows or KBS for the pull ups. If you’d prefer to go heavy, up the weight and stick with 3 clean and jerks per round. If you’re not into the run, sub 250m row, 500m bike, 10-12 burpees or some other cardio that takes you about one minute. If you can’t do 10 push ups in two sets, go from your knees, cut the number or split up in 5 at the start and 5 at the end of the round to keep it moving. It should be a sweaty one.
