Workout for Saturday, April 10th, 2021 —
20 Rounds:
6 Toes to Bar
7 Hang Cleans (95/65)
5 Push Press
No bar? No problem. Sub something challenging. Maybe a sumo deadlift high pull, a heavy kettlebell swing, or V-ups?
Added 10cals per round. Changed out ttb to box jumps. Cut that to 4. 20 rds. Just under 30 min.
