Workout for Thursday, April 8th, 2021 —

50 Strict Press (45/35)

50 Overhead Squats

50 Hang Snatches

50 Push Press

50 Front Squats

50 Hang Cleans

50 Push Jerks

50 Back Squats

*200m Run (or 250m row/500m bike) After Each Exercise


With dumbbells, sub DB snatches and DB OH lunges (don’t double, 50 is plenty!). Weight is meant to be light but will feel real heavy after a while.
