Workout for Saturday, April 3rd, 2021 —

100 Cal Row

100 Burpees Over the Rower

90 Cal Row

90 Wall Balls (20/14) — sub jumping squat

80 Cal Row

80 Toes to Bar — sub sit ups

70 Cal Row

70 Double Unders — sub hops over the dumbbell

60 Cal Row

60 Strict Handstand Push Ups — sub push press (95/65)

50 Cal Row

50 Thrusters (95/65)

40 Cal Row

40 Dumbbell Overhead Lunges (50/35)

30 Cal Row

30 Chest to Bar Pull Ups — sub kettlebell swings

20 Cal Row

20 Squat Cleans (185/125)

10 Cal Row

10 Bar Muscle Ups — sub devil’s press

If you don’t have a rower, do cals on another machine or sub 1 minute of cardio for every 15-20 cals of rowing. I’ve added suggested subs for the more inaccessible movements. Sub anything for anything. If you’re not feeling this craziness, grab a partner and do it that way. You can also cut in half and still get a good old sweat on.

  1. Rich. Did half. 3 sets. 20/20/10 based off burpees. Used assault bike. Easier transition. 20lb wb. Sit-ups. Dubs. Pike pushups. 75 thruster and sq clean. 35lb dbs for OHL and DP.

    38:11. Ouch. Very tired to start. Died on burpees. Definitely off.

  2. Ya, that was…something. 1 hour 41 minutes for me (burpees over bar, 12# WB, 65# hang clean, air squats, OH lunge w/25# plate, 45# push press, GHDs, pull ups, 85# squat clean, 10 devil’s press w/15# DBs. ALL Row.

    Paddy finished in 1 hour 29 minutes. He smoked me on the row. So much rowing.
