500m Row
40 Wall Balls (20/14)
30 Dumbbell Snatches (50/35, alt arms)
20 Toes to Bar
If you don’t have a wall ball, sub light thrusters or some sort of squat. If you don’t have a bar, sub a challenging ab exercise like weighted sit ups or hollow rocks.
No sleep so just did 45 min bike and 20min core. Will save this one though
