Work out for Sunday, March 28th, 2021 —

3 Mile Row

Every 3 Minutes, Perform 1 Bear Complex* (135/95)

*1 Bear Complex =

1 Power Clean

1 Front Squat

1 Push Press

1 Back Squat

1 Push Press

We haven’t had a long slog Sunday workout in a while, so here you go. Sub 2x bike if needed. If you’re worried about time, give yourself a time cap or a cap at which you will stop the complexes and complete the cardio.

If you want to run, you might like to try something different so you don’t need to run on a treadmill or do circles around your bar or dumbbells. For the runners out there, try this:

3 Mile Run

Every 3 Minutes, Perform 20 air squats & 10 push ups.

  1. 28:22 for me. All row. 85#. 26:41 for Paddy. All row. Started at 95# and went up to 115#. Made it 5K row for both of us.
    14ish for Charlie’s kid scale: 4K bike w/5 hang cleans, 5 strict press every 3 minutes
