“Extra Dia-Bolical”

This one is adapted from CompTrain’s “Dia-Biolical” workout posted on Instagram this week. Hint, it’s longer than the original.

Workout for Thursday, March 25th, 2021 —

1000m Bike (sub 500m row/400m run)

21 Deadlifts (225/155)

The original workout has a 500m bike. Feel free to stick to the original. After all, CompTrain has real expertise on its side (unlike HAN Plan). I know the HAN Planners like more cardio, so there you have it.

If you don’t fancy deadlifts, sub something moderately difficult where you can do 21 reps in 2-3 sets. If you don’t fancy strict handstand push-ups, sub something a bit challenging. Maybe pick something that you need 3-4 sets to get that 21 reps. If you don’t fancy any of those suggestions, do whatever you’re feeling and enjoy!
