AMRAP in 3 Minutes of

3 Power Cleans (95/65)

6 Push Press

9 Front Squats

*1 Minute Rest Between Rounds

**Start each round wherever your left off in the previous AMRAP. Score is total rounds.

If you don’t have a barbell, grab your dumbbells. It should be a weight you can move through one round without a problem. It’s go hard or go home on these short bursts.
