1 Minute Max Reps Kettlebell Swings (53/35)

1 Minute Max Reps Kettlebell Deadlifts

1 Minute Max Reps Russian Kettlebell Swings

1 Minute Max Reps Russians Twists (w/KB)

1 Minute Rest

Try to keep the same number of reps or better as you progress through the sets. If the kettlebell is too heavy for you on the russian twists, grab something lighter. Plan your transitions for any rest you need. Score is total reps.

  1. Couldn’t handle the KBs today so did a pull-up wod from crossfit main site that I’ve been wanted to try, ascending pull-ups every minute starting at 1. Got 16 rounds plus 13 in the final round which I think is 149 pull-ups. 20 min peloton after bash
