25 Double Unders After Each Set of Burpee Pull-Ups
then,

10 – 9 – 8 – … – 3 – 2 – 1
Squat Cleans (155/105)
150m Row After Each Set of Squat Cleans
If you can’t do burpee pull ups, sub devil’s press, burpee deadlifts or burpee broad jumps. If you can’t do double unders, sub some fast cardio (20 seconds) like 10 jumping squats, jumping lunges, or plank jacks.
Squat cleans should be heavyish if possible. If you can’t row, sub another quick cardio option (30 seconds) like 100m run, 6 burpees, or 5 box jumps.
If you’re short on time or just not feeling it, pick one half of this workout. If you want something in the middle, pick one half and increase the cardio part. Make it what you need for the day.

Did assault bike instead of dubs to be consistent. 30 secs. Roughly 12-15 cals. 85lb squat cleans. Kept it light.

Annex. Ran 12 minutes at a 12% incline. PR (was .74 miles last time… got .77 miles this time). Then some abs.
