“Vanity Workout”

Apparently this is a thing. The goal of a vanity workout is to get you beach bod ready. Let’s get real, ALL bodies are beach bodies, but if you want a little extra fuel for your flexing, here you go.

Workout for Tuesday, March 2nd, 2021 —

50 – 40 – 30 – 20 – 10

Dumbbell Snatches (alternate arms) (50/35)

Goblet Squats

Floor Press

Sit Ups

This one should be doable with minimal equipment. If you want something more punishing, add calories of cardio. If you want something totally gross, add burpees. Honestly, should be pretty punchy as is for a Tuesday.

  2. 24:54 for me w/25# DBs. 25:44 for Paddy with 35# DBs. I dislike squats of all kinds except the air variety. Not gonna lie, my arms do feel jacked right now. Where’s the beach?
